Vinh loc 2 Industrial Zone is from general plans of Long An Province and total plans for nationwide Industrial zones belonging to the area of Long Hiep Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province. Nearby National Road 1A, far away from Ben Luc Commune about 2km, from Tan An Town about 12km, from Bourbon Port about 4km.

            - Locating in the middle of  two greatly residential areas as Ben Luc Commune and Go Den Commune, very advantageous in traffic and economic development.

            - far away from the Roads of North Nha Be and South Binh Chanh about 16km and far away from the intersection point of planning Highway of Ho Chi Minh Citi and Can Tho Province about 5km.

            - Far away from the center of Ho Chi Minh Citi about 22km

            - Far away from Tan Son Nhat Airport about 28km and from Saigon Port about 16km.

            Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Zone has total area of 561.5 hectares in which : Stage 1 : 259.8 ha – Stage 2 : 301.7 ha

STAGE 1 : 259.8 ha, including the lands for construction of Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Zone and residential area for resettlement of Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Zone.

-         Lands for construction of Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Zone : 225.985 ha

-         Industrial land for rent : 136.182 ha

-         Land for ground/fields : 5.6775 ha

-         Land for technical Zones ; 4.8567 ha.

-         Land for center Zones : 3.9200 ha.

-         Land for green trees : 37.8311 ha.

-         Land for traffic : 37.5177 ha.

-         Lands for construction of resettling residential areas and housing for workers : 33.815 ha

 

INFRASTRUCTURAL FACILITIES :

Water supplying systems :

            The Industrial Zone used its separate water supplying systems, to assure sufficient supplies to demands by the businesses, by construction of drilled water wells with piping to two treatment stations of water from the wells, to treat into the standard to supply for living and manufacture, assuring quality in compliance with TCVN, before supplying for businesses in the Industrial Zone.

 

Electric systems :

            The sources of electric supplies to the Industrial Zone are taken from two high voltage lines :

-         Line 1 : Taking electricity through the high voltage line 100KV from BenLuc 110KV station to 110/22KV station of Industrial Zone.

-         After ekictrical station of Go Den Commune is established, electric sources are taken from this station.

Besides, the Industrial Zone builds 01 independently electric station and together with the national Grid for assuring to supply sufficiently and stably electric sources for the businesses ' operation.

 

Waste water treatment :

            Partially to each factory, it should be treated for removing the organic, chemical, solid matters, oil, grease Then, to be connected in a collecting pipe of Industrial Zone and to be lead to the waste water treatment plant. Affter it ' s treated appropriately with environmental standards (TCVN 5945-1995), it shall be drained to the channel at the North-Western direction of the Industrial Zone.

 

BUSINESS PROFESSIONS FOR INVESTMENT WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE :

-         Less waste smoking industries.

-         Processing industries for agricultural products & aquatic products.

-         Production industries for consuming products.

-         Production industries for building materials.

The areas for planting the green trees are concentrated within the Industrial Zone, including the lines of green trees along with the internal roads. These positions shall be planted with concentrated green trees and grass covers for sharing to resist pollution and environmental improvement for the Industrial Zone and residential areas.
